Clifford was just one of the many stars at the Back to School Bash.

Hillsboro Primary kicked off the 2018-2019 school year with their annual Back to School Bash. Students and their families were able to explore emergency response vehicles, dance through bubbles to live music by the Professor Jefferson Band, learn interesting facts about a variety of snakes provided by the Missouri Conservation Department, and have their faces painted by A+ high school students. Representatives from Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Hillsboro Little League were also available to offer information about their programs. The local Fit Factory did drumming demonstrations and Hoofprints on Our Hearts introduced students to their therapy horses. Bucheits donated craft kits for the students, Barefoot Books supplied games, and First Community Bank supplied coloring pages. Families were able to end their night with dinner from the local Sammich Shack and/or Saucy's Pizza followed by a snow cone from Arnold Jaycees.
