Register your float for the Homecoming Parade
Floats cannot be dropped off until district buses have left the grounds, which is expected to be around noon. Participants should follow the parade lineup information and should not park in front of Hillsboro High School.
Important Parade Safety Information
Nothing may be thrown from a vehicle or float.
Walkers may hand candy directly to children along the parade route. This requirement is intended to prevent spectators from being struck by thrown items and to keep children from entering the roadway to retrieve candy.
Floats that do not follow this rule will not be allowed to participate in future parades.
Everyone riding on a float must remain seated. Participants should also bring a trash bag and clean up any trash or decorations left by their group. If you have questions, please reach out to Lauren Eatherton or Christy Schacht.
