This document constitutes Hillsboro R-III School District’s Request for Proposals ("RFP") soliciting proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide bank depository services as described in this RFP. Banks and other qualified establishments may propose to provide these services as described in Part III., Scope of Services.

A certified check in the amount of $2,500 payable to Hillsboro R-III School District must be submitted by each banking institution participating in the bidding process as required by RSMo 165.211. The check will be returned to any unsuccessful bidder following award of the Bank Depository Services contract by the Board, and will be returned to the successful bidder upon verification of pledged securities required by law.

SEALED PROPOSALS FOR PROVIDING THE SERVICES DESCRIBED HEREIN MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN: 1:00 PM CST ON MAY 9, 2024. Proposals submitted after that time and date will be rejected and returned.

Respondents must submit two (2) hard copies of their proposal in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the RFP title on the outside of the envelope. At least one copy must be unbound.

The Hillsboro R-III School District invites competitive proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase of two new 77 passenger school buses and one 18 passenger mini school bus equipped with a handicapped chair lift.

Bid Timeline:
● Return Date and Time: Before 2:00 p.m. CST, Friday, April 26th 16th, 2024
● Bid Opening Date and Time: 2:00 p.m. CST, Friday, April 26th, 2024, at 9661 Hwy 21, Hillsboro, Missouri 63050

Each vendor shall guarantee the delivery date by August 1, 2024
