The Hillsboro R-3 School District will open its annual online registration for the 2026-27 school year beginning March 23rd. Online registration will remain open through May 1st and is required for all returning students in the district.
Parents and guardians must complete registration through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
The district strongly recommends using a computer, Chromebook or tablet to complete the process, as mobile phones may cause issues when uploading documents. Proof of residency is required and must be a current document dated within the last 30 days. A list of acceptable documents and detailed instructions are available on the district’s website. Families who do not have residency documentation in their name and live with another district family will need to visit the district’s Data Center to complete an Affidavit of Residency.
To complete registration successfully and avoid delays, families should follow three key steps:
*Log in to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and verify household, emergency and contact information.
*Upload the required proof of residency that meets district guidelines; and third, review and submit all sections of the registration before the May 1st deadline.
