Starting Monday, March 9th, families in the Hillsboro R-3 School District will be able to register their children for a new before- and after-school care option called Right At School. Online registration will be completed through the program’s website. Make sure you select the "Register" option.

Right At School is designed to provide a safe, engaging environment for students before and after the school day. The program will serve students in grades pre-K through 6th grade and will offer flexible scheduling options ranging from one to five days per week.
Morning care will run from 6:15 to 8:15 a.m., while the after-school program will operate from 3:30 to 6 p.m.
Activities will include enrichment lessons, play-based learning, fitness activities and collaborative projects designed to help students build skills such as teamwork, communication and problem solving.
The program places a strong emphasis on safety and qualified staff. Employees go through extensive background checks and training before working with students, and program procedures are designed to ensure secure check-in and check-out processes each day. Families will also have access to an online parent portal where they can manage schedules, payments and program changes.
Parents will create an account, choose the program that fits their needs and complete the registration steps online.
